After long time
i had chance to chill during the whole weekend. I managed to keep
myself away from the computer. Big thing for a maniac like me.
I deeply dived myself into a brilliant written fantasy by Terry Pratchett Men at Arms (unfotrunately amazon has different cover then we here in Czech Republic). I can tell you I really forgot about myself and managed to read this 350 paperback in 4 hours.
I have never read so well written fantasy including trolls, dwarfs, humans and mages (except J.R.R. Tolkien) in years. Detective story about weapon firing bullets with amazing outcome. Murder following murder in different city clans and highest representative of the city Ankh-Morpork involved trying to prevent any investigation got me mad when i had cancel reading and answer phone call (Agatha you cannot stand against him!).
For you interested in Discworld series (oh god I am) I can point you to the Discworld Travel Giude to dig around in the Discworld. Enough talking for now, I'm going to bed because I so thrilled about it that I'll buy another book from this amazing series right after work is over. Good night!
